Chuck Baldwin on Arizona’s New Law Enforcement Law Concerning Immigration — 10 Comments

  1. I note that he also lists as one of his “favorite articles” an article (http://english.pravda.ru/science/tech/24-01-2010/111809-russia_says_US_created_earthqua-0) which endorses the idea that the United States caused the earthquake in Haiti through use of its Navy earthquake weapon technology.

I don’t mean to be poisoning the well, but I wouldn’t take his words as authoritative simply because he ran for President on the ticket of one of the larger alternative parties.

  2. Drew,
So, because one has to go to Chuck Baldwin’s website, and look through his list of some thirty (30) key issues (all in tiny pica font) to find the Haiti sub menu, and then click on that and look through some fifteen (15) hyperlinked articles that Dr. Baldwin has clearly indicated in the title as being “interesting” and has a QUESTION MARK after the title of the article that you linked (but conveniently “forgot” to include), that makes him unreliable?

Looks like someone has both an agenda and way too much time on his hands to attempt to discredit a good man.

  3. Well, I suppose I do have an agenda, but it has nothing to do with Chuck Baldwin per se. I just happen to live in Arizona and am offended by the law our legislature passed and our unelected Governor signed.

That said, I didn’t hunt around his website looking for something to discredit him. I enjoy reading things I disagree with and so I was looking for just about any interesting article. I clicked on the “Haiti” link because I had no idea what the paleo-conservative viewpoint on Haiti would be, and I clicked on the article suggesting that the United States caused the earthquake because the title seemed curious.

By the way, I know a guy here in Tucson named Jeff Becker… is that you? It would be an extraordinary coincidence, but it is the same name…

What New Age nation-state regime permits foreign nation-state aliens to come and go as they please ???

How many ILLEGAL aliens were counted in the 1 Apr 2010 Census ???

Is the New Age U.S.A. Constitution a suicide pact ???

See the idiot-morons who illegally entered Iran and North Korea recently — INSTANT jailtime for them. Standard diplomatic machinations, etc.

  5. Yes, we do have a right — as a nation — to kick people out who are hear illegally, assuming due process and the rule of law. No nation has a libertarian open door policy on immigration.

However, I doubt it is practical to actually round up, process and deport en mass thousands upon thousands of people.

Also, I am some what leery of the notion that most illegal immigrants pose a danger to citizens. Setting aside the fact, that the Constitution Party ideas are generally elitist, mono-cultural, intolerant and theocratic in nature. Setting aside the fact that this is a federal matter and i will even set aside [for now] the question of racial profiling.

  6. See the due process and rule of law used on the Japanese Empire ENEMY folks on Guam and in the Phillipines Islands (U.S.A. territories) in 1944 during World War II.

Japanese military folks NOT merely arrested and deported — lots blown to bits by the U.S.A. Army, Navy and Marines.

See the Victory At Sea TV series.

Sorry – in this New Age of nation-states with nation-state borders, if you enter a foreign nation illegally you are an ENEMY invader — in peacetime or wartime.

The fiction is that each nation-state citizen/subject is acting under the control of the nation-state government when crossing borders.

See the major chaos in Europe from about 180 A.D. to about 1200 A.D. – all sorts of tribal gangs roaming around — aka barbarian invasions.

Something new and different in 2010 ???

See the BARBARIANS in the Afghanistan/Pakistan area at the moment — folks right out of the STONE AGE of about 7,000 BC.

Proper remedy – the END of the EVIL rotten monarchy/oligarchy regimes which produce hoards of folks fleeing their own regimes for jobs inside other regimes.

    P.R. and A.V. — in ALL regimes.

  7. How much CHAOS would there be if a State of WAR was declared against Mexico (for some GOOD cause) — with a zillion illegal alien Mexican folks in the U.S.A. ???

Regimes DO change — 1933 Germany [Hitler], 1922 Italy [Mussolini], etc.

  8. Yes and the fact that Bladwin is a “birther” adds to his brew of hate.
I’d like to see how far ole baldwin would have come, if the remote chance he was ever elected to presidency. His idealistic unrealistic approach to life and government would come to a screeching halt. Everybody has an opinion, just like everyone one has a belly button. (Except for the aliens that live among us) :0

  9. I think that granting immigrants citizenship is the only way to get people out from the shadows and be accountable. Many here in so cal disagree with that notion many of our candidates for governor have opposing postions on this matter. Whitman..is a bit fair minded on the issue..wishing to have a comprehensive review..Poizner..is more hardlined Chelene Nightingale (3r) party aip….has a drastic unrealistic view almost wants armed guards to go into homes and arrest them. Nonetheless…I think Jerry Brown is our best bet…he is pragmatic…and not a conspiracy minded alarmist. We don’t need radicals at our helm….
