If the Democratic nominee for Dallas County Clerk has standing to sue, why wouldn’t the Democratic nominee for District Judge of the 250th Judicial Court also have standing? The claim is that the Democratic Party nominees would have to expend more money because of the presence of Green Party candidates on the ballot.
