Phil Hudok has enough valid signatures on his U.S. House petition, and will appear on the ballot in West Virginia’s 2nd district. He is the Constitution Party nominee. As noted earlier, his is the first successful minor party or independent petition since 1982 for a U.S. House seat in West Virginia.
