  1. Unfortunately, not a vote that the cabinet has to listen to, but the huge Tory disapproval should hopefully help the argument against.

  2. Votes for convicts NOT in jail (or the U.K. Parliament — see the Expenses Scandal – with its many MP/Lord convicts) ???
