New Hampshire House Defeats Approval Voting Bill

On March 9, the New Hampshire House defeated HB 240 by a margin of 303-44. The bill would have instituted approval voting. Approval voting lets voters vote for as many candidates they wish, even when only one person is being elected. See this story. Thanks to Bill Van Allen for the link.
