Hawaii Instant Runoff Voting Bill Advances

On April 8, the Hawaii Senate passed HB 638 on second reading. Third reading will be early next week. The bill had had already passed the House. It provides for Instant Runoff Voting in special elections.

    Hmmm. Who has 99 votes in 1st plus 2nd place votes ???

    IRV does NOT give EQUAL treatment to ALL 2nd, 3rd, etc. place votes — regardless of ALL math MORONS hyping IRV as the greatest thing since sliced bread.

    If e-voting machines are NOT being used to make the number votes, then HOW BAD is New Age handwriting — due to lots of typing by lots of folks ???
