Oral Argument Set for California Case on Electronic Signatures on Petitions

The California State Court of Appeals will hold an oral argument in Ni v Slocum on Tuesday, May 10, at 9:30 a.m. in San Francisco. This is the case that argues that California election law should be interpreted to permit electronic signatures on petitions. Thanks to Gautam Dutta for this news.
