Salt Lake Tribune Carries Op-Ed Advocating End to Caucus System for Utah Elections

The Salt Lake Tribune has this op-ed by Randy Miller, advocating that the Utah legislature implement a normal primary system, and end the Utah caucus system for congressional, state and county elections. Utah has direct primaries, but the only candidates who can get on a primary ballot are those with significant support at a party meeting.
