When California and NY sign on to the interstate compact, as is now likely, approximately 60% of the electoral votes necessary to trigger the agreement will be in place.
At that time watch for the Republican disinformation machine to kick into high gear, for fear that NPV, unchecked, might gain momentum and become reality for the 2016 general elections.
