  1. When California and NY sign on to the interstate compact, as is now likely, approximately 60% of the electoral votes necessary to trigger the agreement will be in place.

At that time watch for the Republican disinformation machine to kick into high gear, for fear that NPV, unchecked, might gain momentum and become reality for the 2016 general elections.

  2. NO uniform definition of Elector-Voter in the NPV scheme from Hell — as well as the blatant violations of Secs. 1 and 2 of the 14th Amdt.

How many of the NPV fanatics are actually the ENEMIES of Democracy with their usual suspect control freak agendas — as if the control freak stuff since 1929 has NOT been enough ???

    Const Amdt
Uniform definition of Elector in ALL of the U.S.A.
Equal ballot access – nominating petitions
    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.
    = REAL Democracy.

How many nations manage to survive by having the chief executive officers be elected by ALL of the Electors in such nations ???

What is the STONE AGE fixation with ARBITRARY subareas (i.e. local turf stuff) in a regime ???
