    Really?

Carcieri vetoed this the last time around. It will be interesting to see if Linc Chaffee signs it.

  2. NO uniform national definition in the NPV scheme from Hell.

How many children, mentally ill, felons and foreign folks will be voting for a Prez/VP in a usual suspect State/DC ???

Blatant violations of Art. I, Sec. 10, 14th Amdt, Secs. 1 and 2.

This is the New Age of EVIL MORONS trying to game the system.
