On June 23, the U.S. Supreme Court released six opinions, but not the opinion in the Arizona case on public funding. The Court only has one scheduled day remaining for the release of its last opinions before the summer recess; that day is Monday, June 27.

What will this mean for the CT petition ?
The Connecticut cert petition could go 3 ways: (1) accepted; (2) denied; (3) sent back to the 2nd circuit to be told to re-do the decision, based on what the Arizona decision says.
