  1. I fail to see how that would change the constitutionality of their unreasonably early dates to qualify a new party.

  2. #3, you’re right, it wouldn’t fix the minor party petition deadline problem at all. The bill exists for motivations that have nothing to do with minor party ballot access. The motivations concern redistricting.
