Righthaven, Terrorizer of Bloggers, Loses Its Second Lawsuit This Month

On September 28, Righthaven lost its second lawsuit this month, this time in Colorado. A U.S. District Court Judge ruled that when Righthaven bought the copyright to a newspaper photograph that many blogs reproduced, Righthaven did not simultaneously win the right to sue other media that used the picture.   1. says a guy whom put the wooden shoe in to the Independent Political Report mechanism! [Remember Mister Quirk speaks for him self, and not, IN ANY WAY, for the Nevada Independent American Party!] Too bad IPR did not take these thugs to court. They, IMHO, will be in the dust bin by year’s end!
