Ohio Ballot Access Case Hearing Monday, October 17

A U.S. District Court will hold a status conference on Monday, October 17, at 10 a.m., over the Libertarian Party’s ballot access case. On September 7 the same judge had enjoined enforcement of Ohio’s ballot access requirements for new parties, but since then the Secretary of State has still not put the party on the ballot.
