  1. Again for the many clueless morons in governments —

    A legislative body in a REAL Democracy exists ONLY because ALL of the Electors-Voters can NOT generally assemble in person and make laws/ordinances.

    Total Votes / Total Seats = EQUAL votes needed for each seat winner.
    ALL voters elect a legislator.
