By 2-1 Vote, Ninth Circuit Permits Further Release of Names and Addresses of Referendum Petition Signers

On November 16, the Ninth Circuit refused to block any further release of the names and addresses of people who signed the 2009 Washington state referendum petition on civil unions for same-sex couples. The vote was 2-1, with the dissent explaining that even though the Secretary of State has already released the names and addresses to at least one opponent of the referendum petition, the case is not moot because releases to other individuals could still be blocked. The individual who requested the names has not yet posted them on any internet web page. See the order here. Thanks to Rick Hasen for the link.

  1. Again any dead/injured bodies IF there are petitions for things like —

    1. having the British monarch take over the U.S.A. ??? — See the 1783 Peace Treaty language.

    2. bringing back slavery — repeal of the 13th Amdt ???

    3. repealing the various voting amdts — 14th amdt, Sec. 2; 15th Amdt, 19th Amdt, etc.

    4. repealing all Bills of Rights

Etc. — gee merely LIFE or death stuff.

How EVIL MORON stupid are New Age EVIL MORON judges — esp. SCOTUS MORONS ???
