  1. ANTI-Democracy minority rule (MONARCHY/OLIGARCHY) gerrymanders 24/7 — since the 1200s.

Too many gerrymander math MORONS to count — esp. in SCOTUS.

    1/2 votes x 1/2 gerrymander districts since 1964 = 1/4 Control = 25 percent.

Actual about 28-32 percent CONTROL – indirectly.

Before 1964 the math was in the 5-15 percent indirect control range in many rotted State regimes — the EVIL bad old days.

    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.

NOTHING new since the 1200s in the English House of Commons – a gerrymander system — AREA fixation.

The MORON lawyers play their MORON games with the 15th Amdt — i.e. 1965 VRA perversion and the Equal Protection Clause.

SCOTUS sits like a group of math MORONS since the 1960s.
