On December 15, at 9:30 p.m., Ohio Governor John Kasich signed HB 369, which sets a March 6, 2012 primary for president and all other office.

Primary filing remains open until December 30 for U.S. House and President. However, it closed earlier this month for U.S. Senate, and state and local partisan office, and won’t be re-opened.
