The Texas Tribune Article Suggests Texas May Need to Postpone April 3 Primary to a Later Date

The Texas Tribune has this interesting article about the problem Texas election administrators may have with the April 3 primary date. Texas does not have settled boundaries for U.S. House districts, or state legislative districts. The U.S. Supreme Court, a 3-judge court in Texas, and a 3-judge court in Washington, D.C., are all involved in lawsuits over these districts. If these three courts do not issue opinions within the next three weeks, the primary might need to be postponed. That would have important implications for ballot access. Texas law does not permit petitioning for minor parties or independent candidates until after the primary.

  1. Some attempt at having Democracy means having REGULAR elections on REGULAR schedules.

TOTAL EVIL right NOW in Texas by the various ANTI-Democracy gerrymander gangs trying to get the MORON courts to used THEIR computerized gerrymander maps to get CONTROL of the Texas regime for the next 10 years.

    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.

The alarm bells are ringing off the walls.
The moron media is brain dead and deaf.

  2. In Texas, new parties qualify based on attendance at their precinct conventions which are held the same week as the primary.

If insufficient voters attend the precinct conventions, the party may file a supplementary petition. The parties should use the time between now and the primary to build support, and avoid the need to even file a supplementary petition.

  3. The EVIL Donkey/Elephant gangs in Texas are akin to the nazis in Germany in 1931-1933 manipulating the German election / appointment system to get POWER.

What media person in Texas has ANY historical brain cells ???

  4. For any UNAWARE folks —

    ANTI-Democracy Gerrymander math —

1/2 votes (or less) x 1/2 (bare majority) of the gerrymander districts = AROUND 25 percent minority rule.

    MUCH worse with primary math.

Result the worse and worse robot party hack machinations —

undeclared wars, insane annual deficits, insane accumulated govt debts, welfare chaos, destruction of older cities and suburbs, destruction of Mother Nature (urban sprawl, pollution, etc.), etc. — i.e. heading towards a TOTAL breakdown of *civilization* — due to EVIL robot party hack POWERMAD monsters — making their EVIL special interest gang laws behind closed doors.
