U.S. Supreme Court Tells Lower Court to Re-do Texas Redistricting

On January 20, the U.S. Supreme Court issued an eleven-page unsigned unanimous opinion, telling the 3-judge U.S. District Court in Texas to redraw the congressional and legislative districts that that court had drawn earlier.     1/2 votes x 1/2 gerrymander districts = left/right 1/4 CONTROL

    Too difficult for mini-armies of math MORON judges and lawyers and esp. amicus profs in so-called law schools to understand.
