These people are seriously wasting time and money. Besides it will only make them look petty the longer they drag this out. Plus it kind of aces them look scared.
Republicans are probably just trying to paint Kerrey as detached from Nebraska having not lived there recently. Weak argument, but that is probably all the Republicans have to work with.
I agree that is probably what they are trying to do Brad M but they are overplaying their hand. By appealing a hopeless case it makes them seem scared and trying to use legal technicalities (which they don’t even have) as an electoral advantage. But then overplaying their hand seems to be the main tactic of the GOP these days. They really have no idea when to quit. They could easily use this issue during the campaign but now they look like cry baby bullies.
Gee — with about 15-20 percent of the ENTIRE U.S.A. economy at stake in the 2012 gerrymander election is it any big surprise that the EVIL monsters are using battle access battles in the WAR for control of the various regimes ???
