J. Quinn Brisben Dies; Had Been Socialist Party Presidential Candidate in 1992

On April 17, J. Quinn Brisben died at the age of 77 or 78. He had been the Socialist Party’s presidential nominee in 1992, and the party’s vice-presidential nominee in 1976. See his wiki page here. Thanks to Rick Kissell for this news.

  1. This is really sad news. Quinn was a wonderful person and an extraordinarily witty candidate when he ran for president in 1992. He’ll be sorely missed.
