  1. There are five (5) strong candidates in this race now. I would not say that any one of them will win the nomination “easily.” Anyone who has listened to the party’s Thursday evening weekly debates or Darrell’s daily podcasts knows that this is a very articulate group with excellent leadership ability. If I were a betting man, I would say that this year’s nomination will be a party first and will go to a second vote. That’ll make some news. Bravo!!

  2. How can this party be classifed as a leading third party, while only on about 12 states?

  4. The Constitution Party is on in 16 states right now, and probably will soon be on in New Mexico. We are waiting for the New Mexico Secretary of State to check its petition.

  5. Does that include states with affiliates under different labels (ie – Alaska Independent, American Independent etc.)?

  6. #7… It does. Independent American Party in Nevada; US Taxpayers Party in Michigan and so forth. The American Independent Party of California is still not certain due to a conflict between two groups both claiming to be the “real” party officers. The Alaska Independent Party is up in the air as well since there now is an Alaska Constitution Party.

  7. Vote totals (202 needed for nomination) Goode 203, Castle 120, Wells 58, Ducey 15, Roth 6, Grudman 0
