Hawaii Voters in Redistricting Lawsuit Ask Federal Court to Postpone Hawaii August Primary

On April 23, the voters who are challenging Hawaii’s redistricting plan asked a U.S. District Court to postpone the August 11 primary to a later date. The lawsuit is Kostic v Nago, cv12-184. Here is the request for an injunction.
