Lawsuit Filed to Overturn Arizona U.S. House Districts

On April 27, a lawsuit was filed in state court against the new Arizona U.S. House district boundaries. See this story. The plaintiffs are satisfied to have the new districts invalidated for elections starting in 2014, but they concede they cannot stop the existing districts for the 2012 election.

    i.e. the EVIL POWERMAD gerrymander monarchs/oligarchs start Civil W-A-R II — due to 1 (or more) control freak law(s) which is (are) INTOLERABLE.

    Pick a lunatic State – CA, AZ, TX, FL — out of a mere 50 — along with the super-EVIL folks in both houses of the gerrymander Congress.
