  1. The ENTIRE legal *establishment* in the U.S.A. appears to brain dead ignorant of Blackstone’s Commentaries – Book I Of Corporations chapter.

Artificial *persons* (private or public) ONLY have such *rights, privileges and immunities* as the LAW allows them to have.

What so-called law school was THE last in the U.S.A. to REQUIRE the reading of B.C. — esp. Books I (parties), III (civil cases) and IV (criminal cases) ???

ANY body with ANY legal brain cells can detect that Book I was used to write the early Bills of Rights in 1776-1789 in the State and later Fed regime.

Book II is about property stuff – mostly obsolete even when it was written.

  2. Politics in the highest court in the land? Unthinkable until now, we have gotten a glimpse into the Court’s inner workings. A travesty of justice at the highest level calls us to action. Citizens United must be overturned! Perhaps an impeachment is in order.

Citizens United has been a recurring subject on http://www.americanrevolutionii.com, and the New Yorker article will provide further ammunition. A proper resolution of this issue is vital to our democracy. We make common cause with you!

  3. For me,
    a marijuana legalization candidate,
excluded wrongfully from the majority of debates and forums,
even ones put on by University of Vermont which receives taxpayer dollars and should not be allowed to exclude me from their candidate debates,
    for me,
    Citizens United
offers me a possible ray of hope,
    a tiny chance
    that some corporation
    will promote my campaign.

Please note that the May 14th filing date for Vermont candidates has been changed to May 29th, 2012.
