  1. San Francisco City and County plans to count ballots in violation of California Election Code section 13200. Note
all ballots other than American Independent Party ballot which can not exceed 8,317 in San Francisco City and County
for the June 5, 2012 primary should not be cast or counted,
because they do not meet the legal requirement to be valid
ballots under California Elections Code section 13261(b)(2)(D). Election fraud has been going unchecked in San Francisco City and Count of the June 5, 2012 primary since
May 7, 2012. We could be talking ballots cast by fraud in
    San Francisco by over 460,000.

Sincerely, Mark Seidenberg, Chairman, American Independent
    Party of California

  2. How many folks in CA are informing the CA media about P.R. ???

    — used in MOST of the civilized free world nations –

    including

    Germany, Israel, New Zealand.

Top 2 is one more MORON *reform* due to math MORONS who do NOT have the slightest clue about the 3 or more choices math problem — or are too evil arrogant stupid to care about such problem.

    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.

  3. The USA Parliament team has no general but we can still win on “Normandy Beach”.

We didn’t do anything to support the Independent candidacy of Chelene Nightingale [Constitution] for Governor of California in 2010.

We didn’t do anything to support the Independent candidacy of Marla Ingels [Independent] for Governor of West Virginia in 2011.

We didn’t do anything to support the Independent candidacy of Dea Riley [Independent] for Lt. Governor of Kentucky in 2011.

We didn’t do anything to unite with the American Independent Party’s nominations for president of the US 2012.

We didn’t do anything to unite with the Libertarian Party’s nominations for president of the US 2012.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t still try to win anyway when we announce the plan for Ron Paul’s congressional seat at the Texas Green Party state convention on Saturday June 9th 2012 in San Antonio Texas at Gray Forest Community Center.

Honorable Rhett Smith [Green] for Congress in 2012.

He’s the USA Parliament Secretary, and he’s trying to “bring more soldiers to shore” by distributing the paper ballot of the All Party System (and independents) to enlarge the delegation.

Rhett has the plan. He knows we have no general. And he’ll be making a foray to the bunker with a rag tag group. Everyone synchronize your watches.

We’re like a football team that has no quarterback and we’re losing by one point with 30 seconds on the game clock.

Time to bring in the field goal unit.

  5. (1) The in lieu of standards are consistent with those for non-partisan offices such as state superintendent of education or county supervisor. In fact, the current standards were set after a lawsuit regarding the Los Angeles County supervisor.

And a candidate may gather a signature from any voter, not only from those in the small party. Many voters who are registered as Democratic, Republican, or independent, may be sympathetic to minor party candidates, or at least their candidacy.

    (2) The number of independent candidates has greatly increased this year.

    (3) The restriction on candidates from small parties running for office is in violation of the California and US Constitutions, contrary to the Secretary of State’s own interpretation of State law with regard to participation in partisan primaries, and inconsistent with SB 6, the statutory implementation of the Top 2 Open Primary.
