Why is the Prohibition party not on in florida this year?

OK, to actually be on topic, J.D.’s question is probably valid, because perusing through Google has not brought any news about the PP’s status in FL.
If Governor Awful didn’t want this to happen it wouldn’t, as ballot access related developments are too often subject to unfair and unjustfied rule manufacture and interpretations. So, his motives are impure at best.
I hope four years from now democratic Gov. Crist continues to give slack.
I’m not in the know, but I get the feeling things would have been much better for the Prohibition Party had they nominated Jim Hedges.
