  1. It’s not appropriate for a bar to advocate a candidate. The candidate must approach the voter directly in the bar and offer him a drink.

  2. #2 Is the drink offer a mere FELONY bribe ???

    All the booze stuff is a bit legal chaos due to the 21st Amdt, Sec. 2.
