Politico Elections Return Will Include All Presidential Candidates who were on Ballot

Politico, like many other news web pages, will post election returns. Politico expects to include every presidential candidate in its returns, if that candidate is on the ballot. Here is the link, although of course at this moment there are no election returns from any state, except for two tiny towns in New Hampshire. Thanks to Gregory Koch for this news.

Politico Elections Return Will Include All Presidential Candidates who were on Ballot — 6 Comments

  1. To clarify: some candiates will not show on the map, but if you click on “results by state” then your state, it will.

  2. Just voted here in Houston, Texas with my two and a half year old daughter Ella.

Voted straight Green Party. Changed my presidential vote to Libertarian Gary Johnson on that line only. Asked and confirmed that my precinct election officials had all write-in candidates listed at the booth which they did.

My daughter hit the “Cast Ballot” button. God bless America.

  3. KGW of Oregon has all candiates from Oregon and Washington State. However, at the moment they are showing test results with 123,456,789 votes for Obama and 177,123,456 votes for Romney. Talk about electoral fraud! Well, they’re testing the reporting system. I’ve seen it done, but there’s usually a message along with it saying to ignore it.

  4. Update again: In the states that have closed, they are showing up to the top 5 in each state on the map, regardless of party. It appears the map rollover is technically unable to display more than five candidates.
