U.S. District Court Strikes Down Law Banning First Amendment Activity on Plaza in front of U.S. Supreme Court Building

On June 12, a U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., struck down the law that says, “It is unlawful to parade, stand, or move in procession or assemblages in the U.S. Supreme Court building or grounds, or to display in the Building and grounds a flag, banner, or device designed or adapted to bring into public notice a party, organization, or movement.” See this story.
