Strategically, this is a poor execution on Johnson’s part. Seriously, he built up a large supporter base in the LP even though the n@z! totalitarian media and Comission on Presidential Debates excluded him. Running in the GOP which already doesn’t embrace libertarian principles is silly and detrimental to Johnson’s agenda or the cause of libertarians. I still support Johnson and will probably still vote for him even if he runs GOP, as I support principle over party.
