Political scientist Eric McGhee has this article posted at Mischiefs of Faction. It presents his research on whether the top-two system has caused Democrats in the California legislature to be more pro-business. He concludes that there is no evidence that top-two has changed the behavior of Democratic legislators, relative to business interests.
All Donkey robot party hacks seem to want only ONE thing from ALL *productive* folks — ALL of their income and assets to give to NON-productive LOOTER gangs.

If anyone believes this, I’ve got some cheap beach front property that I’ll sell to them at a bargain price. While I know the Democrats will stand up for the consumers before the Republicans will, I don’t know any Democrats who are pro-business.
Show me the goods, then I’ll consider buying the merchandise.
