Political Scientist Barry Burden Testifies that 2013 North Carolina Election Law Changes had a Disproportionate Effect on Black Voters

On July 15, the third day of the trial over North Carolina’s voting restrictions passed in 2013, Political Science Professor Barry Burden testified in favor of the NAACP and against the state. See this article about his testimony and the state’s attempt to minimize the impact of that testimony.
