Candidates should be allowed to be listed by more than one party, provided the parties are in agreement. I see no confusion as this judge has ruled. Apparently this candidate has already won the nomination of one party, and the other party did not have a nominee. If the latter party has no objection, then the candidate should be allowed to hold the spots of both parties.
