James: I know you used to identify with the Green Party and I think some other party or parties after that. When did you become a Republican and why did you choose the Republicans as opposed to any other party?
Frankly, in a fairy-tale situation where a democratic socialist would actually take the White House, my belief is that the candidate would have to need to fire herself or himself the moment victory was declared. How did you come to socialism?
