Ohio Libertarian Party Files Brief in Ballot Access Case Concerning Selective Enforcement

On November 2, the Ohio Libertarian Party filed this ten-page brief, summarizing evidence that officials in the Secretary of State’s office applied a ballot access law selectively in 2014, when the party’s gubernatorial nominee was kept off the primary ballot. Even if you don’t normally read legal briefs, this one is worth reading. Thanks to Steve Linnabary for the link.

  1. To unite people, the 100%, we try to be diplomatic and lead by example.

United, then conflict becomes a source for humor.

Fighting perpetuates retaliation, unity attracts friends, so the latter is top priority.

Talk about unity, followed by concrete actions to grow unity, and forget about wasting any time on anything else.

If you love lawsuits then keep out of politics because they are not helpful.

The only thing helpful is demonstrating how we can all work together by demonstrating unity in every moment.

When someone seeks a fight then turn your back and walk away.

Go to the place where unity finds nurishment.

The USA Parliament has been unifying voters, leading by example for more than 20 years.

This despite all the wasted time and resources by those who would be natural allies.

Come to the tip of the spear and focus on unity with the 100%.
