Indiana Legislator Says Next Year He Will Introduce a Bill to Ease Primary Ballot Access

Indiana State Representative Jeff Ellington (R-Bloomington) says next year he will introduce a bill to reduce the number of signatures, and the distribution requirement, for candidates to get on the primary ballot for President, Governor, and U.S. Senator (primary candidates for other office in Indiana don’t need any petitions).   1. The USA and International Parliaments oppose any form of plurality voting.

    The only system for pure proportional representation is ranked choice voting in multi-winner districts of two or more.

    Thumbs up is plurality voting and is prohibited in all chat groups of the USA and International Parliament.

    Please bring your team to your Ministry and elect decision-items using rankings with consecutive numerals and do not waste time with plurality voting.
