New York State Court Says Challenge to Ted Cruz Spot on Presidential Primary Ballots was Filed Too Late

On Monday, March 7, a New York state trial court ruled that the challenge to Ted Cruz’s spot on the Republican primary ballot was filed too late and therefore cannot be considered. The challenge concerned presidential qualifications. So far, every lawsuit so far this year on presidential qualifications that has been adjudicated has been dismissed for technical problems.
