Vermont Senate Passes Bill to Allow Publicly-Funded Candidates an Earlier Start for Announcing for Office

On March 25, the Vermont Senate passed SB 220, which allows publicly-funded candidates to announce their campaigns as early as November 1 of the year before the election.
