Another Poll Suggests California November 2016 Ballot Will Have Only Two Democrats for U.S. Senate

On April 8, the Field Poll released a new poll for the June 2016 primary election in California for U.S. Senate. It shows: Kamala Harris 27%; Loretta Sanchez 14%; Ron Unz 5%; Tom Del Beccaro 4%; Duf Sundheim 2%; undecided or other 49%. Harris and Sanchez are Democrats; the other three are Republicans.

There are 34 candidates on the ballot, but the Polling Company did not mention the other choices to respondents. The race has seven Democrats, twelve Republicans, two Libertarians, one Green, one Peace & Freedom Party member, and eleven candidates who are either registered as independents or as members of unqualified parties. Current law does not allow the ballot to mention the party affiliations of the candidates from unqualified parties. A lawsuit is pending in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles on whether the members of unqualified parties should have their party label on the ballot.

  1. This is SO confusing! Perhaps “Top One” will clear this all up.

  2. There is one other lawsuit. This is going on in the United States District Court in Sacramento. It was
filed on February 16, 2016. The next hearing is on May 2, 2016. That lawsuit is the “Independent Party
and William Lussenheide” suing the California Secretary of State. Because the Secretary of State rejected the designation of name as being part of the current name of the political party “American Independent Party”.

The Independent Party and the Constitution Party of California share the same address. Charles M. Deemer is the [California] State Chairman of the “Independent Party” [at the same time he is the Treasurer and a National Committeeman of the Constitution Party of California]. Marilyn Stevens (mother
of Gary Odom, who also claims to be Chairman of the CP of CA) claims to be the Secretary-Treasurer
of the “Independent Party” who was at its formation a regisered elector in the “American Independent
    Party”.

Don Grundmann will be list in this Senate race as “NPP”. Grundmann is running for POTUS also in Salt Lake City at the Constitution Party Convention. That should be an other zero for Dr. Grundmann.

  3. Abolish the super minority rule semi-permanent gerrymander USA Senate.

The 1787 Federal Convention was a top secret meeting of the EVIL oligarchs — taken over by the robot party hacks from the small States and the slave States.

Current result – nonstop constitutional crisis stuff about all stuff in the Senate — bills, treaties, Prez nominations (esp. for SCOTUS).

P.R. and nonpartisan App.V. — pending Head to Head math using Number Votes.
