Harvard Law Record Publishes Article on U.S. Ballot Access Laws

The Harvard Law Record has this article by Richard Winger, showing that ballot access laws have been getting somewhat better during the last 40 years, even though progress has been uneven and the problem has become worse in certain states.

  1. How many gigabytes of data about election stats in the BAN database going back to 1892 ???

    Every election is NEW — with the only relevant stat the number of actual voters in the latest election in the area involved — for having equal nominating petitions in the next election.

    Election stuff AIN’T atomic physics regardless of the super morons in SCOTUS with their hair splitting nonsense JUNK opinions about severe ballot access stuff, etc., etc. since 1968.
