Sixth Circuit Expedites Ohio Libertarian Ballot Access Case

The Sixth Circuit has expedited Libertarian Party of Ohio v Husted, 16-3537. The Libertarian brief is due June 22. The state’s response is due July 8 and the Libertarian reply is due July 15.

  1. The court may have to expedite its decision, too, if it wants something in place by the August 10 deadline for Presidential “independent” fillings. (The July 6 due date for Presidential-only and Presidential-party petitions will have passed before the state’s response is due.)

  2. What century before SCOTUS says that UNCONSTITUTIONAL elections are NO elections so that the ENTIRE process must be redone legally ???

    i.e bankrupt the robot party hacks which have such unconstitutional elections — and put them in jail for about 200 years.
