  1. NONSTOP ANTI-Democracy minority rule gerrymanders in ALL States since 1776 and in the USA regime since 1788.

1/2 or less votes x 1/2 gerrymander areas (districts and States) = 1/4 or less CONTROL–

i.e. nonstop OLIGARCHS in ALL States and in the USA regime. It shows. Govt debts, wars, dead cities, etc.

    P.R. and nonpartisan App.V.
