Also, The Cap Times, a daily on-line newspaper in Madison, Wisconsin, has editorialized to eliminate the electoral college.
As of early Wednesday, November 16, the margin between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump is 1,188,809. The “other” percentage has risen to 5.3%.
Notice, as well, that Clinton’s margin in California has swelled to over 3,000,000. I think it more probable that California will secede, before the electoral college is abolished.
