California Presidential Elector Case Expedited

U.S. District Court Judge Edward Davila, who is handling the California lawsuit over whether presidential electors must vote for the candidates they are expected to vote for, wants all the briefs filed by December 14. The case is Koller v Brown, in the northern district. Davila is an Obama appointee.

  1. I can find no information that the CA SOS has given a notification to Koller he was nominated by the DEM as a Presidential Elector which is an Office of Profit of the State of California. Where is the standing?

  2. I think they should vote for the candidates they’re expected to vote for. I mean, that’s why they’re appointed as presidential electors weren’t they?

  3. Not according to the founding fathers. If they are just rubber stamps, why even have them?
