California Legislators Introduce Resolution to Provide that California Would Encourage All States that Haven’t Passed National Popular Plan to Do So

California State Senators Jerry Hill and Ben Allen have introduced SJR 3. If passed, the legislature would be on record as endorsing the National Popular Vote Plan. Furthermore, the Secretary of the California Senate would forward a copy of the resolution to the leaders of the legislatures of each state that hasn’t already passed the plan.

  1. How come the people’s commissars from the CA People’s soviet socialist republic are not DEMANDING a Third Continental Congress to meet in a super crisis emergency session ???

    — to END all of the ANTI-Democracy stuff and the zillions of separation of power violations in the USA and all 50 State constitutions.

  2. Seriously – why are there so many distracting juveniles on this list who have ZERO English skills and are thus unable to write anything substantive about the ANTI-Democracy ROT in the USA

    — i.e. the nonstop movement towards a killer tyrant Prez with total power.

See the fall of the Roman Republic from 120 B.C. to 27 B.C. — but of course juveniles have zero attention spans, esp about the FATAL defects in all sorts of past regimes in world history.
