Arizona Bill to Let Independents Vote in Presidential Primaries

Arizona Representative Ken Clark (D-Phoenix) has introduced HB 2350, which would allow independent voters to choose a presidential primary ballot if they wish. Currently independents in Arizona can vote in primaries for office other than president, but the presidential primaries are closed.
