On the afternoon of August 30, the North Carolina legislature passed SB 691, the bill to redistrict State Senate districts.
The adjournment bill provides for the General Assembly to reconvene October 8. Valid topics include election bills, plus bills where there are differences between the Senate and House. The Senate and House maps will now be reviewed by the district court.
1/2 or less votes x 1/2 rigged districts = 1/4 or less CONTROL — since 1964 SCOTUS gerrymander cases.
